TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICING

All product prices quoted are in Suisse Francs (CHF).

SurYNor holds the right to change product prices and stock availability at any time.

PLACING AN ORDER

You can place your online order during business days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (+1 GMT). A valid phone number or email address is required to place an order so that we can contact you if there is a question about your order. An order that does not have a valid phone number or email address may not be fulfilled.

When an order is made, an email will be generated with the details of your order confirmation.

ORDER STATUS

If you have any questions regarding your order, you can contact us directly at info@surynor.com email including the information sent in your confirmation email.

If you create an account on our website, you can log in and check the ‘Recent Orders’.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our website has the system to make payments through a PayPal account or Bank Transfer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVARY

Our products ‘Available’ are shipped between 3-5 business days after receiving payment, from this date consider about 10 days to receive your order (please check on each product status).

Our products ‘By Order’ are sent between 3-5 days after he artisan the ends. Please contact us directly for the details.

You will receive a confirmation email when you submit your order. Our orders are shipped by DIE POST Switzerland. If you want to send urgent an authorization will be required and additional costs will apply, please contact us to apply this shipment.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Shipping costs vary depending on the order amount, weight and safe choice. EU shipments may incur import charges, tax and administrative services in each country that cannot be calculated. These costs will be charged by the shipping company hired and paid by the customer upon delivery.

We cannot send different orders into a single shipment, the costs will be applied to each order, so we recommend you to group your orders into one.

The boxes used by SurYNor are spacious and well-protected, but we cannot be responsible for mishandling that the contracted delivery company may have, so we prefer to ship all our orders with appropriate insurance. In case of damage or deterioration of the goods, please contact us directly to know the steps to follow.

SurYNor is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

SHIPPING COSTS

– Orders in Switzerland, packing unit up to 5 kgs. 9 CHF (VAT included)
– Orders to Europe, packing unit up to kgs. 45 CHF (VAT included)

In Black Clay shipments will increase 7.5 CHF insurance to ensure optimal delivery of the items. Unfortunately, this insurance can not be hired for shipments to the European Union, please if you want to insure your shipment contact us to make a custom quote.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

Please be aware that SurYNor products are handmade and unique. Therefore, some products could be slightly different to those photographed on our site. Hope you can appreciate their originality.

Please contact SurYNor prior to returning or exchanging goods.

Customers who wish to return or exchange their order must do so within 14 days of receiving their order. SurYNor will only accept products that are still in their original condition and preferably, original packaging.

SurYNor holds the right to refuse any returned goods if this condition is not upheld.

Refunds and exchanges are only conducted once the goods are returned to SurYNor.

Any refunded payments will be made to the customer via the method used to purchase the products. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a refunded payment to appear on your account, if a credit card has been used. An email will be sent confirming that the refund has been processed.

To make the exchange or return, SurYNor will indicate you by email the steps to follow, shipping address and other important information. We recommend you that at the time of shipment, keep the receipt to provide the contracted delivery company.
